Title: Barton Hinkle wins the 2008 Bastiat Prize

IPN's 2008 Bastiat Prize Dinner took place on Wednesday, October 22, in New York City. The Bastiat Prize was awarded to Barton Hinkle of the Richmond Times-Dispatch. Second and third prizes went to Swaminathan Aiyar of the Times of India and Fraser Nelson of the London Spectator.

The six finalists for this year's prize were:
