IPN's 2008 Bastiat Prize Dinner took place on Wednesday, October 22, in New York City. The Bastiat Prize was awarded to Barton Hinkle of the Richmond Times-Dispatch. Second and third prizes went to Swaminathan Aiyar of the Times of India and Fraser Nelson of the London Spectator.
