Below: Bolivia, a very high mountainous country, has no data after 1990 (boxed in blue). But how do you get a hot Bolivia when you haven’t measured the temperature for 20 years? Nasa simply filled in the missing numbers – originally cool, as Bolivia contains proportionately more land above 3,000 m than any other country in the world –with hot ones from the Amazon jungle. The single station north of 65° lat (boxed in green) explains all temperature in northern Canada.

American climate centers have also been manipulating global temperature data to fraudulently advance the alarmist warming agenda. NOAA deleted cherry-picked cooler stations and Nasa’s GISS altered data, replacing the dropped NOAA readings with warmer stations. Although satellites have been available since 1978, global analyses still use land-based data, but NOAA deleted 1,500 of 6,000 thermometers around the globe. 75% represents quite a drop of primary data. Stations in cooler, rural areas of higher latitude and elevation were scrapped in favor of more urban lower latitude and elevation. Consequently, post-1990 readings have a warm bias by this selective geographic location and by the urban heat island effect (Search The Warm Bias of Forecasters).

Canada’s reporting stations dropped from 496 to 44, with stations at lower elevations tripling higher elevations with one thermometer for everything north of 65° Lat in Eureka, known as the Garden Spot of the Arctic for its unusually moderate summers. In California, only four stations remain –one in San Francisco and three in LA near the beach, impossible to compare with the record of thermometers in the snowy mountains. Historic true averages are compared to false averages always yielding a warming trend. US stations dropped from 1,850 to 136, a 90% fall. This bias has created a 0.6 °C warming. NOAA “adjusted” the data and “homogenized” stations. But given the plummeting number it’s no surprise this always results in warmer readings. The homogeneity bias alone accounts for almost one half of the warming. Add the selection bias and actual warming completely disappears! The manipulation does not stop there. NASA’s GISS then merged readings and put the data through a few “adjustments” of its own, changing the long term trend to create artificial warming. The planet was then flattened onto an 8,000-box grid of 1,200 kms. Hawaii’s surviving stations in major airports were used to infill the surrounding empty Grid Boxes. So in effect, airport tarmacs stand in for temperature over 1,200 km of sea. Up to 1.5 °C warming has been added by NOAA’s and Nasa adjustments to double the supposed 20th C. warming.
