Instituto Liberdade in partnership with Property Rights Alliance (PRA) is officially releasing the Portuguese version of the 2009 International Property Rights Index (IPRI), during the XXII Liberty Forum, with the support of Instituto de Estudos Empresariais (IEE).

This third edition of the IPRI was created by the Hernando de Soto Fellowship Program from PRA, in Washington, D.C. (USA) and it measures 115 countries on the significance of both physical and intellectual property rights and their protection for economic well-being.

The Portuguese version will be available at the Instituto Liberdade´s Portal - Portuguese section, starting from April 8th.
